The mobile ads are revenue generators for the retailers or advertisers. With a recent study from Jumptap the Apple smartphones are the numero uno in the CTR density of the mobile ads.
The androids are not the runners up in the CTR race accounting for an unusual scenario. The second place is taken away by the other advertisement media like the conventional newspaper, TV, online advertisements etc. What is astounding is that the mobile ads on the iphone are more popular than the common advertisement media. The urban generation has been under the influence of mobility and has prioritized the access to internet at robust access points. This is the reason as to why the mobile ad is a demanding feature for any business to enhance the sales of its products/services. Reaching out to the target audience has never been this easy with the advent of the smart phones.
As for the iphone comparison with the other mobile OS goes; iphone is still the winner among the modern day advertising too! We cannot conclude on the poll that iphone sales are more than the other devices. In fact, to even find out the sales report on these two kingly OS was not possible by me as the net told me varied sales intensities.
The Jumptap being the leader in the targeted mobile advertising pointed out that iphone has that standard browser that has made the users to view the ads easily and smoothly. Android and the other OS have not reached this standard to present the ads pleasantly to their users.
With the advertisement industry facing stiff competitions and challenges, the volume of the advertisements or endorsements are on the exponential curve. And to more to the rising parameter are the competing brands having cut throat competitions. It is thus evident that the mobile devices should not lag in their infrastructure.
